I previously ordered twice without issues, but this third time was a disaster, revealing this place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services they charge for and do NOT provide. Their site offered "next day delivery," which I paid $19.95 for, only to receive an email hours later stating my order would take "3 business days." I felt compelled to leave a review and engage with customer service because of this blatant misrepresentation and the frustrating lack of human support.
Customer: I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery, and my order clearly says it will take 3 business days. This isn't next-day delivery. I want that fee refunded immediately. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I apologize that your order did not meet the expected delivery timeframe. We are looking into this discrepancy with our shipping options. Customer: "Looking into it" isn't good enough. I paid for a service that wasn't provided. Your website is deceptive, and your automated system makes it impossible to get help. I need that $19.95 back now. CS Rep: I completely empathize with your experience regarding the automated system and the shipping charge. I can process a full refund for the $19.95 next-day delivery fee for you right away. It should reflect on your statement within 5-7 business days. Customer: Okay, as long as that refund is actually processed. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience overall. CS Rep: It will be processed.
