It wasn't "next day delivery" at all; the item delivered on the 24th after being placed on the 18th, despite being simple Plano lenses with no prescription. When I tried to resolve this, I encountered automated phone lines, unhelpful chat bots, and multiple unanswered emails. I felt compelled to leave this review and finally engage with customer service because their promise of "next day delivery" was a lie, and their inability to provide human support for a clear billing error is completely unacceptable.
