Let me share my absolutely terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a warning for others. I found myself battling their website for two and a half agonizing hours just to try and purchase two pairs of glasses. The frustration was immense because, as I concluded, their "web site was so messed up it took me 2-1/2 hours to purchase two pairs of glasses. I was not able to type in my prescription and save it to continue my purchase. so I will have to be sent an email so i can type in the information that i already typed in on your silly web site." This entire process was so very frustrating and certainly a waste of my time. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service to express my extreme disappointment.

Customer: I'm incredibly frustrated! Your website is completely messed up. It took me two and a half hours just to try and buy glasses, and I couldn't even save my prescription! CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the difficulty you experienced with our website, especially regarding your prescription. That sounds incredibly frustrating. Customer: Frustrating is an understatement. Now I have to wait for an email to re-enter information I already typed in. I'm not sure I'll ever try to order from you again after this. CS Rep: I completely understand your hesitation. To prevent further inconvenience, I can help you manually input your prescription right now if you have it ready. Customer: So I just wasted all that time on your site for nothing? This is ridiculous. Can you at least assure me this won't happen for future orders? CS Rep: We are constantly working to improve our site, and I assure you we take feedback like yours seriously. I can certainly assist you with this order immediately to ensure it's processed smoothly without further delay.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap of wasted time and frustration.
