Paid for 3-5 Day Express, Got a 19+ Day Nightmare 😡


I'm writing this as a warning after a truly terrible online shopping experience. I needed glasses urgently and was promised quick delivery, which is why this whole situation has been so infuriating. This is my conclusion: "Terrible company. Ordered glasses March 30th, paid for express shipping 3-5 because my old glasses broke. Day 5 roles around still in production, day 10 still in production. Day 11 I call to ask for a shipping refund, they seemed like they do it all the time by the way she responded. So i got the 10$ in shipping but these glasses are STILL 6 days out on delivery. Stop giving terrible companies your money let them die out because someone doesnt give a crap about their customers and I will telling all my four eyed friends to never shop here. Terrible terrible terrible. Day 19 or whatever still no glasses!!!" The complete lack of communication and false promises forced me to call their customer service to demand answers.

Customer: My order is 11 days old and still says "in production." I paid for 3-5 day express shipping. Where are my glasses? CS Rep: I am very sorry for the delay and I completely understand your frustration. Could you please provide your order number so I can look into this immediately for you? Customer: It’s 12345. I want my express shipping fee refunded. This is unacceptable. CS Rep: Of course. I've located your order and I'm processing the $10 shipping refund for you right now. I sincerely apologize; your glasses have faced an unexpected delay in the lab. Customer: A refund is a start, but when will I actually get them? Your site promised 3-5 days. CS Rep: I can see they are scheduled to ship within two days, but the new delivery estimate is about six days after that. I know this is not what you expected, and I am truly sorry for the poor experience.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
