A Complete Nightmare: Scammed, Ignored, and Hung Up On 😡


I'm writing this to warn anyone about my experience. Trying to resolve a simple issue turned into a complete nightmare, and I felt I had to share my story and the conversation that led to it. My final conclusion is this: Shop elsewhere. Terrible company to purchase from if you have any issues with your glasses. They will gladly take your money but when it time for them to fix the issue it seems impossible. The business is pretty much fully automated. When you finally get In touch with someone in India. They are extremely rude and will end the call when they think it needs to be ended. They can careless .why ? Because theres no one eles to talk too in order to file a complaint. I will never do business with glassesusa again. It’s feel like your being scammed. That feeling of no way to get help. That feeling is precisely why I felt compelled to call them one last time.

Customer: I need to speak to a manager. I’ve been hung up on twice, and my glasses are defective. This is my last attempt before I file a chargeback. It feels like I've been completely scammed.

CS Rep: I am very sorry to hear about your experience, sir. My name is Alex, and I can help you. Please let me pull up your order details. I assure you, I will not end this call until we find a solution.

Customer: That's what the last person said. My issue is simple: the frame is broken. I just need it fixed or replaced, but no one seems to be able to do anything but transfer me until the call drops.

CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and that is unacceptable. I see the issue noted on your account. I have been authorized to process a free, expedited replacement for you right now. There will be no charge.

Customer: A free replacement? Fine. I'll give you one last chance to make this right. You have my address. Just get it done.

CS Rep: I have just placed the order. You will receive an email confirmation within the next 15 minutes. Again, I sincerely apologize for the frustration we have caused you.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
