⚠️ A Serious Warning: Don't Fall For The "Next-Day Delivery" Trap


I'm writing this review as a serious warning to other potential buyers. My experience was infuriating, and I feel completely ripped off. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid an extra $19.95 for "next day delivery" on a simple pair of non-prescription glasses, only to get an email saying it would take three business days just to process. This blatant false advertising is why I felt compelled to fight through their automated phone trees to speak with someone and demand a refund for a service they clearly had no intention of providing.

Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, and I just got an email saying my order will take three days to process. I want the $19.95 shipping fee refunded.

CS Rep: I'm very sorry for the confusion with your shipping speed. Could I please get your order number to look into this for you?

Customer: It’s #XXXXXXX. Your website said "eligible for next day delivery." That's false advertising. The glasses are non-prescription, so there's no delay for "production."

CS Rep: I see your order here. I understand your frustration. What I can do is submit your request for a refund of the shipping fee to our billing department. It will be up to them to process it.

Customer: No, that's unacceptable. You’re not providing a service that I paid for. It shouldn't be "up to them." You need to refund my money now. This is ridiculous.

CS Rep: Sir, that is the procedure I have to follow. I have submitted the request for you. Is there anything else I can help you with today?

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
