My recent online shopping experience was absolutely terrible, and I feel compelled to share my story as a warning to others. I thought I was getting "next day delivery" as advertised on their site, even paying an extra $19.95 for it. But hours later, I received an email saying my order would take "3 business days." This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers, a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I was furious and needed to get that $19.95 refunded, which led me into an endless loop of frustration trying to contact customer service.
Customer: I paid for next day delivery, $19.95, and now I'm told my order will take three business days! You charged me for a service you're not providing. I want that fee refunded immediately. CS Rep: I understand your frustration. I see here you selected express shipping. Let me review your order details and see what happened with the delivery estimate. Customer: What happened is your website advertised "next day delivery," then you took my money, and then you changed it to three days. This is false advertising, and I've been trying to reach a human for hours, getting stuck with bots! I need that $19.95 back. CS Rep: My apologies for the difficulty you've had reaching us and for the discrepancy in the delivery time. It sounds like there was a miscommunication on the expected delivery date for your specific order. I can certainly process a refund for that $19.95 express delivery fee right away. Customer: Thank you. Just process it. This whole experience has been completely unacceptable.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap of paying for services not rendered and dealing with such poor customer support.
