A Warning to All Online Shoppers: My Helpless Nightmare with GlassesUSA 😠


I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering buying glasses online. My experience was a nightmare, and I felt completely helpless after having a simple issue with my order. Trying to get it resolved was impossible. My final conclusion, which I posted online, is this: "Shop elsewhere. Terrible company to purchase from if you have any issues with your glasses. They will gladly take your money but when it time for them to fix the issue it seems impossible. The business is pretty much fully automated. When you finally get In touch with someone in India. They are extremely rude and will end the call when they think it needs to be ended. They can careless .why ? Because theres no one eles to talk too in order to file a complaint. I will never do business with glassesusa again. It’s feel like your being scammed. That feeling of no way to get help." Before posting that, I tried one last time to get a resolution, which prompted this review.

Customer: I've been trying to resolve this for a week. Your automated system is useless, and the last person I spoke to hung up on me. My glasses have a deep scratch on the lens.

CS Rep: I am very sorry to hear about your experience. Can you please provide me with your order number so I can look into this for you?

Customer: It's 105299871. I already explained this. I need a replacement pair, not a runaround. The last agent was incredibly rude and ended the call.
