But day 5 came, and they were still in production. Day 10, still nothing. It's been over 19 days now, and I still have no glasses! I was completely ripped off for the express shipping. This company is truly terrible; it feels like they don't give a crap about their customers. I felt compelled to call customer service to get answers about the severe delay and why I still hadn't received my order.
