My online shopping experience was absolutely terrible, and I'm sharing it as a cautionary tale for others. This company proved to be dishonest, refusing to honor promos, and their website was plagued with glitches, making it impossible to even collect the offer I was promised. My direct feeling and conclusion? They are unprofessional and I would absolutely not recommend them. I felt compelled to leave a review and engage with customer service because their proposed "solution" to their admitted mistake – returning perfectly fine items just to reorder for a BOGO – was outrageous, when a simple credit back to my card would have sufficed.
Customer: I'm incredibly frustrated. I tried to apply a BOGO promo, but your website glitched, and it didn't go through. Now I'm being told I have to return my glasses and reorder them just to get the promo you admitted you messed up! CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the difficulty you've experienced with the promotion and our website. I understand how frustrating that must be. Can you please provide your order number so I can look into this for you? Customer: It's [Order Number]. The solution you've offered, returning perfectly good glasses just to reorder, is ridiculous. Why can't you just credit my card? That's the simple solution for your error. CS Rep: I hear your concern, and I truly apologize that our previous resolution wasn't satisfactory.
