My $372 Warning: Trapped in a Customer Service Nightmare with Damaged Goods 😡
I'm writing this as a warning. My online shopping experience was an absolute nightmare, and I feel compelled to share it so others can be cautious. After spending a good amount of money, I received damaged goods, and getting help was nearly impossible. Been trying for 2 days to TALK TO A HUMAN to fix an issue…no luck. Will NOT be buying from them again. Spent $372 on SCRATCHED glasses and tried to start a return/exchange. Never received the return label and the “bot” just continues to send it to my email, that I never received! This utter failure of service is what forced me to keep trying to contact support, hoping someone could finally resolve this mess.
Customer: It took me two days to finally get a person on the line! I spent $372 on glasses that arrived scratched, and your automated system is a joke. It keeps "sending" a return label that never shows up.
CS Rep: I am so incredibly sorry to hear about the scratches and the immense trouble you've had reaching us. That is not the experience we want for our customers. Can I have your order number to pull up your details immediately?
Customer: It's order #55624. I don't want another automated email. I want a return label that actually works so I can send these back and get my money back. This is ridiculous.
